Preop Diet continued, almost there!

Well it's very early Saturday morning and I was laying here thinking...wow in just 3 more days it's all finally going to happen. I'm 12 pounds down on my liquid diet which I am totally over at this point. I know I've been detoxing because there were moments of anger because I couldn't eat, and moments of major cravings. There was one day when I slipped and ate a few crackers but that was my only slip up so I didn't beat myself up about it, I just got back on track. Even though I have a variety of clear liquids and 3 different types of protein drinks they do get boring. Nevertheless I'm rejoicing because I know this is all worth it. Reading everyone's blogs here has really been inspirational and informative for me. Everyone's experience is so different from surgery to recovery time to the time frames in which you drop weight. In just a few short days I'll get to see how that part of the story unfolds for me.

YOU TOTALLY GOT THIS!!!! I'm so happy for you. It will be worth it. Detoxing sucks while going through it, but once you feel in control and not your cravings being in control, it is AWESOME!!!
