    Cool Hi!

This is Chasity. I live in Knoxville, TN. When I started at the University of TN Weightloss center in April 2010, I weighed 298 lbs. I lost 10 lbs from then to October 18th. I started the liquid diet, then. The day of my surgery was Nov. 1, 2010. I weighed 278 lbs. Today is 11/30/10 and I am down to 257!

I am a bit worried about my stomach streching since I was able to eat a whole Egg McMuffin this morning.

Hi Chastity, You may be surprised. Your weight may hold steady. Before the holidays I was watching what I ate and I was losing. Now that the holiday season is upon us I've been snacking here & there but my weight is holding steady. Some days I can eat a lot. Other days my stomach seals itself off.
I've even have dumping syndrome which they say is limited to gastric bypass.
If I eat too many sweets I get sick and have to lay down or else I poop or vomit it up. It hasn't happened that often though. But surprisingly my weight has held steady. I thought I would gain for Thanksgiving but I didn't. After the holiday season is over I'm going to again be strict over what I eat because I'd like to lose another 5-10 lbs. Lorna

you have concerns that are very similar to mine.
    but as i understood it:
as long as we dont force food on our selves, it shouldn't stretch.

    i really hope, thats true.

Like Lorna said, on different days you seem to be able to eat different amounts. For me it seems to usually depend on how much Ive eatin that day or the day before. My 4 year old son and 130lb girlfriend both eat a good bit more than I do though.
