How to stop email notifications?

I get like 498594859584 emails a day from this site and it's annoying, how do I turn them off?

LOL, yeah it took me about 2 days to look for that cause I was getting way to many notifications! I love ya'll, but damn!

I already turned off the email notifications on there like a week ago, and still receive emails....

I have the same problem, I also can not seem to stop the email notifications, been trying since I got on this site.

All the emails have instructions at the bottom, including a link. Click that link to unsubscribe. Make sure to unsubscribe from all your subscribed threads. By default, any thread you post in will subscribe you to updates. Make sure to unsubscribe from all your threads. Theres a page for that in your control panel.

I finally figured this out! After tring several things, this is what worked for me.

Control panel
General settings
Default thread subscription mode
Choose DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

No, in fact, you are still subscribed with "instant" notification to plenty of threads. Go here and update your subscriptions: http://www.gastricsleeve.com/forum/s...php?folderid=0
