Wow! Thanks for all the encouragement and support. As for a celebration, I'm going this weekend to buy a Calvin Klein dress, size 10, thank you.
For diet, I just eat regular proteins first, some fruits and veggies. Drink as much water as I can, but not as much as I should. If I want a food that's not healthy, a I take a few bites and move on. I don't starve or deprive myself. I walk a few days a week, not nearly as much as I should, though.
