    Default why to sudden doubt

For the last 18months I have been jumping through hoops to get sleeved I've wanted nothing more than to return to good health and energy levels becoming slim is an added benefit I have been fully aware of the changes this would bring to my lifestyle and have felt nothing but positive until today for no apparent reason I've started to worry not about the surgery itself but my life afterwards and how I will cope with the changes I need to make I know all the benefits far out way the negatives but I just can't shake the doubt xx

I felt like I had two choices after many failed diet attempts over the years. I could either have the surgery and be healthy, or NOT have the surgery and risk being overweight, unhealthy and miserable for the rest of my life! So glad I chose to have the surgery! It was the best decision ever! You have to decide what's best for you in the long run! Good Luck!

I had the same viewpoint but with the added understanding that if I did choose to be overweight, unhealthy and miserable for the rest of my life that it would also be a FAR shorter life than the healthy life would be.

As a result of choosing to get sleeved I expect that I extended my life expectancy by up to 20 years or more. Now that is what I call a bargain!
