Default Good Cookbooks for after surgery?

Does anyone know of any Good, Healthy Cookbooks for after surgery? I was looking at a few. But they had so many mixed reviews that I couldn't actually make up my mind to buy them. I want something that my whole family will eat but that will work for me also. Any ideas?

I don't know a specific cook book. I just look on line and search high protein or low carb. I also use diabetic recipe's sometimes. I avoid pasta, potato's and rice when looking up recipe's.

Try Sugar Busters....other than using cream, it's a very high-protein, high glycemic index foods kind of cooking. Love it.

Dont discount the online blogs. I made my own cookbook from recipes I found on a few sites. I keep it on my phone so I can look up the ingredients while out shopping and so I have it with me in the kitchen. Some really good ones are: theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com (protein in EVERYTHING including ice cream, cake, etc), chocolatecoveredkatie.com, ohsheglows.com, heathereatsalmondbutter.com
