My name is Mich and I'm a 36 year old mother, wife and I had my surgery 8 days ago. I'm in the full liquid stage and I'm trying to adjust to my new lifestyle. My goals is to lose 100 pounds over the next few years.

I always wanted to be a certain number but after losing and have the skin removed I looked in the mirror and I realized I had hit my goal... I see healthy, beautiful, and happy! Numbers mean nothing to me...but self worth does and MAN AM I VALUABLE!

My surgery is in August and I am so excited however I am more nervous about the endoscopy I have coming up than the actual surgery lol!!! How well are you healing love some updates of you!!!

Congratulations and welcome. Depending on your starting weight a hundred pounds is doable. My starting weight was high but I've lost 145 pounds in just under nine months. I hope to be at goal by the end of the year.
