Cottage cheese is a very mild cheese which is why it is so easy to add to the taste with other things.

That makes me think of the scene where Fred Astaire was dancing with Ginger Rodgers when he sang "Cheek to Cheek":Cottage cheese heaven?
"Heaven, I'm in heaven
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
