I know this is an old post, but if you still like cottage cheese, try it with sugar free torani. Yum. Just a splash of any flavor makes for a yummy snack/dessert.

100g (1/2 cup) of 1% cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon. HEAVENLY 100 calories and 16g of protein

Cottage cheese heaven?

That makes me think of the scene where Fred Astaire was dancing with Ginger Rodgers when he sang "Cheek to Cheek":

"Heaven, I'm in heaven
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
And I seem to find the happiness I seek
When we're out together eating cottage cheese"

(Well he didn't actually sing about cottage cheese, but I bet he would of if he had your recipe!)

Deb, Thanks so much for the idea. I love cottage cheese, but I do get tired of the same thing. Gives me something different to munch on.
