I got my band taken out Tuesday but could not get the sleeve yet. Is recovery harder after having band taken out or after sleeve put in?

My cousin had a harder time than I did. He had a 4 hr procedure because of band issues. So he was sore. But he's ok now.

May I ask why you had your band removed? Was it due to a medical condition? Was it not working?

I found that having the band removed was way worse than the sleeve procedure. I waited 6 months between. The sleeve felt like a breeze!
