No weight Loss!

I am about 4 weeks post op and I am not losing weight! I am following the rules but I have not seen any weight loss. Has this happened to anybody else? This is very discouraging! I feel like I'm the only person that the sleeve is not working for.....HELP!

Its called a stall... most everyone gets them.... and they happen more than once....be patient. ..you will lose again

I had surgery the day before you. I lost 12 pounds the first week and nothing since...i did gain two pounds though...yep thats right I gained two pounds! so I'm right with you. The scale will start to move again (it has too!)

How much protein are you getting in ?

To be honest on some days maybe 40 grams or less.

On another site I am on, many of the members say that if you are stalled for a long time to go back to liquids and start again. They say that usually works. You will start to lose again.

You need a minimum of 60 grams for many reasons .. your body already thinks you are starving it ..UP your protein! !!

What should we eat immediately post-op? My surgery was 5/2/14 and I haven't lost any yet. I'm on skim milk, water, Powerade Zero, sugar free Popsicles, and sugar free jello.

You can google that question and get lots of ideas about food. . I had tons of broth post op... good luck

Kelliecan do....I would suggest the same thing secretblonde suggested. But definitely do as your dr's office or nutritionist tells you. I have discovered that each dr is different. You will find tons of suggestions regarding diet.
