    Default Nsv

So I am seated in my office chair and I did something I hadn't done in years and didn't even realize right away. I crossed my legs while in conversation. I am talking about the perpendicular cross with foot shooting out into space. I haven't done that in decades. The gut/lap is getting smaller.

Yippee,! I did the same thing at my mom's the other day... I was so excited! Surprised too, as I did not plan it either... Just happened. One of the many joys of this journey.

I appreciate the words of encouragement. I try to be mindful of all of the non scale victories along the way to my goals. After several decades of not paying attention to all of little things that caused me to soar to nearly 450 lbs, I turned to the sleeve to save my life. On Thursday, the wife and I travel to Vegas and I look forward to seeing what NSVs may happen along the way.

I realized I did that too a couple weeks ago. I crossed my leg over my knee without having to lift it over.
