I'd like to introduce myself, I am a fun loving outgoing person who loves to eat. I just like doing it. This is what has gotten me into the shape that I am in. I have tried all different kinds of diets, and nothing seem to help me. This is why I elected to get the Gastric sleeve surgery. I love being with my wife, which is the entire reason for me doing it. We do have 2 wonderful kids 22 and 21, and I would like to see them grow up and some of their own. But the little lady as where it's at, problem is our time together is mostly at the bar, due to our work schedules. I will lose that for quite a period of time, and hopefully get it back some day, it just happens to be where we really connect, not because of the booze, we start talking right away. Just an easy place to relax ourselves.
Hopefully I will be able to hang with her after my stomach settles down.

Welcome! Having surgery was the best decision ever for me, and has been such a positive journey so far!... I hope the same will be true for you! I have only had a couple of drinks since my surgery, because they seem really strong to me now and I don't need the extra calories, but I still enjoy socializing and having a good time on occasion! I sit next to my husband at the bar and drink diet cranberry. On Fridays I have them put a shot of vodka in two of them.
