4 month progress

Today has been 4 months since sugary and I wanted to share my progress so far. I’ve lost 55 lbs and 12 inches off my waist 11 off my hips. I have gone from a tight 3x to a loose 1x. I am thrilled with my progress so far. I just came out of a 6 week stall and wanted to share a bit of info. Don’t panic when you have a stall even though the scale did not move for 6 weeks I still lost 2 inches off my waist and 2 off my hips during the stall…..they are going to happen just ride them out if you know you are doing everything you are suppose to be doing. The only thing I changed is I’ve cut out all caffeine and the scale started moving again…but life is good and Im happy with my progress so far…still going to lose another 50 to 60 lbs…

You look amazing, your tummy & butt are disappearing, that must feel excellent. I am carrying most of my weight on my stomach which is constantly in the way of doing everything and I haven't seen parts of me in years lol. Thanks for the pics and advice on not stressing over stalls, much appreciated and look forward to your next skinny butt shots.

My tummy is where most of my weight is. I went through months if fertility drugs gained lots of weight before the pregnancy then lots during the pregnancy. Delivered a beautiful baby girl at the age of 49.... I've just been unable to lose the weight until having this surgery. But it's on now!! I'm ready to be fit and healthy so I can keep up with my 2 1/2 year old. Thanks for all the kind words and support.

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. You look amazing & keep up the great work! I have hit a really long plateau too & I am only a little over 7 months post-op. Increased my protein, quit drinking decaf coffee and exercising even more now. Hoping this will help my plateau.
