For me this a.m., one slice of whole wheat toast, an egg white and half of a banana. Please share with me what you start your day putting in you sleeved bellies.

Protein shake after my workout in the morning. I can't eat enough to take all my protein, and my surgeon has said I'll probably need to supplement with a shake the rest of my life. Considering what I'm achieving I have no problem with that.

I made some little "protein egg cups" last night. had some ham that I needed to use, chopped some tomato and onion and added some light cheddar cheese and some shredded parmesan also. Mixed it up with some eggs and wallah! Two small (but not mini) egg "cups" for breakfast.

This morning it was two spoonfulls of chilli and 1 slice of bacon. Normally it can be grits, or Special K protein cereal usually less than 1/2 c w/skim milk, sometimes a couple of spoonfulls of Greek yogurt. On my way to work, I drink a protein drink.

One cheese stick. Usually it is granola and greek yogurt, but I slept in this morning and ran out of time.
