Default I did it broke the 200 milestone

Yep got on the scale this morning! As ofFeb 25th 2011 I weighed 270lbs now I am198. Went from a size 22 to a 12/14 depending on the brand. A 3x top to a Large or XL depending on the brand. Beyond all that I feel GREAT! I am now actively working at a Wild Mustang Horse rescue twice a week and getting back into riding, something I could not before. My knees no longer ache and I no longer am out of breath after getting to my apt after climbing 3 sets of stairs. I am so happy I can't even begin to express my love for my new lease on life and my new wardrobe of bikinnis! However I do need to work out, still have not... UGH. That is my downfall!

How wonderful! Congratulations 72 lbs in 5 1/2 months... amazing! Thanks for sharing to keep those of us still on the way encouraged!
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.

Do you eat the same as you used to, but less? Or phrased another way - Do you have limitations on what you can eat so long post op?

First THANK YOU ALL for your compliments and support along the way I recommend you all watch Food Inc. it will help your journey emencely!

Harold... Funny you should ask. I eat what I want basically but in extreemly small portions and only after I know I have had my Protien intake and I am religous on my vitamins now. Some things still make me sick, most chicken for one, I have lost all cravings for sweets except for sugar except for Pepsi, yes I am guilty of having a few sips now and then. I try to stay away from processed foods, unless I am munching on my one new craving Tapatio Doritos. Go figure I couldn't stand Doritos before. But I only eat a couple. I can handle spicy foods great, and again it is all in moderation and sometimes I do push in and pay the price. I have not cut out all carbs, but if I get a sandwich I do take off the top bread. Order fruit not fries, but will steal two from someone elses plate.
I am now in the process of switching all my produce to organic, non genetially modified and all my beef to grass fed only. The beef in the markets is high in sugar, fat and amonia since it is sick beef and all corn fed. Cows are grass anmilas not corn. The grass fed are leaner naturally, no antibiotics and no steroids and NOT soaked in amonia to kill bacteria and ecoli.
