1 year post op diet

Hi, I am new to the site, but had a few questions that I can't find the answer to. I am 14 months post op the sleeve surgery. I had a baby 9 weeks ago and I have yet to lose a single pound since he was born. I lost 50 pounds during my pregnancy, but had to eat a lot more for him. I am just wondering how many calories I am supposed to be eating a year after surgery and how to get my weight loss back on track. Thank you.

Congrats on the new you and the new baby! I'm also a year out. I don't know what the calorie intake should be when we are this far along but when I stall I go back and up my protein and water intake. It usually jump starts me again. Best to talk to your doctor and see where and what you should be at, especially if you're breastfeeding. Good luck and keep us posted!

I am almost a year out, but I don't count calories. I will echo what the previous poster said- increase your water and protein. When I focus on those I always start losing again. Good luck and congrats on the baby!
