could you tell me your favorite (low carb) yogurts? and when did you start cheese?
I like Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt and Sophie All Natural No Sugar Added. I only eat half a container so the carbs aren't too high. I started melted cheese and other soft cheeses such as ricotta and cream cheese on the puree phase (4 weeks out on my plan) and harder cheeses on soft foods phase (8 weeks out on my plan).
