White Beans with Spinach and Sausage

I am almost six weeks out and I am trying to find new recipes that I can incorporate into my new eating style. I fixed this tonight and it was really good so I thought I would share. ( I found it on Pinterest)

White Beans with Spinach and Sausage

2 cans of Canneloni Beans
12 ounce package of turkey kielbasa
4 cups of fresh baby spinach
1 large tomato diced small
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Dice the garlic cloves and place in large pan with the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer. Slice the turkey kielbasa and seer in a skillet. Add olive oil and oregano to the broth and garlic. Rinse the beans and add to the broth. Add tomato and sausage and simmer till beans are tender. Once beans are tender add spinach and continue to simmer until wilted.

On Pinterest, they used this as a side dish but I think it was fine as my main course.
