How many of you guys cheated durning the Pre op diet??

My surgery is 1/30, also. I have lost 10 pounds and think the worst cheat I have done is a little extra meat during a few of my dinners. My pre-op diet is 3 shakes a day with a sensible dinner. I, too, am worried that my liver has shrunk enough, but what's done is done. Just have to hope for the best.

I'm doing much better now. I refocused and lost another five pounds since my pre op appt last week. I have not had any cravings which is great. The only issue is the highway closures due to the winter storm. Hoping the roads open to make it to the hospital which is two hous away. Thanks everyone for all the support.
