I'm 1 month and 6 day out from surgery and i really want to do a spin class but unsure if that is best for me to start doing. I go to the doctor on the 28th of this month but i feel i really need to get busy. I am down 35 pounds but I havent been taking in enough protein and my muscle toned body is now looking flabby. I need help with getting my protein in because I cant eat that much period. Maybe I need to start lifting weights help help help
