Default It's been a while happy holidays btw

    Hi everyone,
As I've always said I'm a slow loser, but honestly I hardly workout don't drink lots of water( in the winter time). I love the Aquarius water but can't seem to find it only on movie theaters. Also I continue with a bad constipation issue. Anyways I did went thru a lot on this process a divorce, I had to rent my house to avoid loosing it and I moved to Albuquerque NM. About 4 hours from my family. I'm still away 8lbs to my ideal weight I've gone from a size 26 to a size 8-6, from a plus size to juniors are you kidding me!!! No regrets at all wish I had more support more energy to workout every day. Having 3 boys15,13 and 11 football, softball soccer etc practices, games, working going to school making dinner it's hard at times. Thinking in March after my 18 mo post op to get prego for my cousin that can't have kids. Waiting on making sure all my vitamin levels and I'm at a good condition to carry my cousins baby. Any recommendations? It's not a race I know I'll get to my goal weight very soon.
    Start weight: 280(1/1/12)
Pre-op weight: 255(9/3/12) lost 25lbs on my own
Surgery weight:241(9/17/12) not the best weight but I'll take it
First goal weight: 199 ( 12/7/12) finally Onederland!!
Second goal weight: 175 ( 5/6/13) finally after 5 mo.
    Third goal weight: 150 ( )
Final goal weight: 140 ()or tbd

Hi Brenda! Congratulations on sticking with your tummy tool! WTG! The constipation issue is due to not enough water/fluids. I suffer the same problem. I still take stool softeners, even after a year. If it get's really bad, I'll take Dulcolax before I go to bed, or I'll have Smooth Move Tea (Chocolate). That helps. Just take it one day at a time. Are you still doing your protein shakes and vitamins? Keep up with those and maybe up your Folic Acid to help with being a surrogate mother. Best of luck in the New Year! Sounds like you're doing ok so far!
