HI All,sorry i haven't been on in awhile, just wanted to update you all, Monday was my last day of diet and exersise counsoling, and I just joined the Y now just waiting on approval, I also wanted to wish every one a wonderful Holiday, I hope it is filled with peace and love .also wanted to Thank all of you who have responded to all of my questions and sometimes just sharing my thoughts. I am so lucky to have found this forum I feel like there are people out there who care and that is so awsome since most of us are strangers.So Happy Holidays, Thank you. I wiil be checking in more often. I hope.
