I seem to be reacting like a pregnant woman to the surgery at the moment (I'm up to puree stage) and one day I love cottage cheese, the next day I can't stand it. I'm not getting nearly enough protein and I am trying to drink protein shakes but the milky ness is making me gag (I've even tried to scull one in 3 gulps just to get it down and you know what happened next!) Do you guys have any other suggestions? I don't live in America so I can't get protein water, unjury (whatever that is you lucky people!) but I would be willing to buy any solutions off ebay that you know of as I am that desperate - help!
