I would all together avoid Popcorn, even if you can tolerate it its sooooooooo unhealthy. I bring a little sandwich bag full of grapes and snack on those when I go to the movies. Snack on a few and you'll be full before you know it and once you are you won't even want the popcorn. Good Luck.

What is edamame? I've never heard of it.

I am headed into my 6th week - was afraid to try any popcorn at the movies this weekend, so took a baggie of steamed, cooled edamame (still in the pod). Spent a while opening them and enjoyed every bite. I started to try a bite of popcorn, but have this rule (my own) that I won't try anything new unless I am at home, probably silly, but I can't help it.

OMG that is a bit steep!! I live in Australia and my surgeon believes everything in moderation...I have had all of the above
without a hitch have no idea why they would put such strict conditions on you!

Edamame is the same thing as soy beans - very high in protein. You can usually find them in the frozen organic section. I did also find them at Sam's recently. You can buy them shelled or in the pod.

I eat popcorn almost every night. I need something to crunch on with some salt. I make my own with healthy coconut oil, carbs are with in my limits. It is a slider but I still feel restriction after so much. Enjoy
