    Default Unjury Chicken Soup?

Has anyone tried it and if so, how would you rate it on a scale of 5 stars?

I just got my order yesterday and my mother in law drank of cup of it and said it was amazing! She gave it 5 starts, I plan to use it as a base for chicken veggie soup( small pot) just to "beef" it up a little and get that extra protein in. I also got the unflavored and plan to try using it to bake some sugar free granola cookies that use high protein granola also. I also got their Cheese sauce to try and plan to use it on a baked red potato this week.

I would give it a 2. Tried making it with chicken broth and water. No go on both for me.

I like the taste fairly well but the container did say that above 140 degrees it has a consistency problem. I found that as well, since it didn't want to blend very well. Only draw back I found was that at any temp it seems to have a frothy top for a few minutes. Not my favorite part but I like it once it goes away.

Does it have the issue with not being able to add it to hot liquid without clumping?

I'd give it 2 stars - it has an off odor. Not bad when I added some to canned chicken soup to increase the protein content. By itself the first couple sips were not pleasant smelling. Also like soup that is hotter than the temp it has to be prepared at.

I use a blender to avoid the nasty clumping. Pour in hot water and the powder and blend away. Same with protein powder in my coffe first thing in the morning...helps me start the day with 23 grams of protein from the scoop of powder in decaf coffee.

I agree with the coffee. I was never a coffee drinker before without putting in a ton of sugar and creamer, but now the protein powder serves as both! I've got to be very picky about how I mix it though, because it will clump up on me even after blending if it's still too hot.

I just added some of the unflavored to potato soup for dinner and I cannot taste it. I am VERY visual, mental, 5 year old eater! If I know something I don't like is in a dish I automatically do not like that dish before even tasting it, its sad really but it is who I am. I was scared to death and even physically shaking when I went for the first bite as I have had a bad experience with the shakes, juices, etc. There is no smell, it mixed well with a whisk, no froth and best of all no taste!!!
