just push through it. we've all been there and your body will continue to detox all of the carbs and sugars. It does get better....once you've gone through that, you'll feel so much better! good luck!!!
Just keep pushing through, I got really bad on day 2 but by day 4 it got much better. Trust me I was to the point of saying forget it and posted on here and everyone pushed me and said don't give up. I pushed through and am glad I did!
My doctor requires a 3 week liquid diet. I am 6 days in. It definitely does get better. I am week but rarely feel any hunger or nausea anymore. It will definitely get better.
Thanks everyone, doing better but think I need to change protein powder this stuff makes me feel so icky! Def drinking a ton of water. I am now on day four and its going much better.
