So.....when I began the two week diet on 3-7-13 I was 288. The day of surgery I was 272. Today I am 172. Down 100 lbs. since March. I can't believe what has happened this year. At my heaviest I was 351 lbs. In three years I've lost 179 lbs. What an amazing journey. Two lbs. away from my goal weight.
Going to PSSC was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I look and feel completely different, Marvinator. It really is amazing. I've gone from a 52-54" waist to a 34" waist and wear small shirts and jackets now vs. 4-5X. I'm going down a size about every two to three months. I may stop at a 32" waist, hard to say right now.
