Road Trip!

Thanksgiving means a long road trip to visit family. Sure I'll try to pack some stuff, but any healthy sleeve-surgery fast food options out there? (I haven't been in a fast food place since surgery about 7 weeks ago.)

I learned this here from another helpful contributor and I have been loving the grilled chicken nuggets at chick fil a. I think the 8 count is only 160 cal and 26 g protein. I got that info from my fitness pal. I can only eat 6. I also like wendys chili. I am leaving today too and I should be packing instead of playing on the computer, but I'm still drinking the morning shake. Safe travels and Happy Thanksgiving!

fajitas without the tortillas, grilled chicken, lean steak, grilled fish....anything grilled or baked is a good thing!! Pack some hard boiled eggs and low fat cheese snacks too!

not too many options, but your are 7 weeks out. I had a road trip 3 weeks out and my choices were nil............so pack pack pack your own food. I love the protein pudding at GNC, tons of protein and it is my go to treat now have fun
