Has anyone tried these and are they safe?

I drink New Whey protein shots. They gave them to me while I was in the hospital, then I bought some at Wal-Mart. You can drink them from the tube or mix them with water. It divide them in half so all of it is absorbed by the body. I have tried the grape and fruit punch, both are good.

I actually had one today, strawberry & banana (pretty tasty). My Nut said they were fine. For post and pre-op.

Yes, mine are berry flavored. They are a little on the sweet side for my taste.

Just don't buy a lot at once. Just one at a time to see how your body tolerates them.

I love the ones called protein to go.....not real sweet and syrup tasting...116 cal and , berry boost and 28 G protein ....I get them off amazon
