so its time for update... weight is slow to come off and taking alot of hard work but its worth it and i would do it again ! no regrets what so ever. here is a current picture taken as of today... hope everyone is doing well and thanks for everyones support !my journey 7 2013 to 11 13 .jpg

I used photoshop to put them all on one image. And thank you so much , I'm finally starting to really tell a difference !

great job. wish I would have done before pictures, everybody says I'm doing good but I ain't setting it so far
