I'm 3 months post surgery from gastric sleeve and I'm proud to say I've hit 54 lbs of my weight loss goal. It's not an easy journey but remember it will pay off! I'm human and I don't always watch what I eat and drink BUT I do pay for it later on. Remember it's a new found journey and new ways to eat! I'm so happy to be looking thinner, feeling more energized and people are noticing.

Hi, I had my surgery in SA as we'll on Sept 17, 2013. As of right now I'm down 32 lbs. I just don't feel that I get all my protein in, trying my hardest.... Btw, I'm Karen

Hi Karen! I sometimes feel the same way, not getting my protein in but I just try not to overthink it too much. I try to eat meat and now I'm back on protein shakes but I try not to rely on those too much either. Where in SA did you have your surgery? Great job on 32 lbs down!

I had it with Ramiro Cavazos with SA weight loss... Been trying to walk 3 times a week, going to see a trainer in SA this week to learn some strength excercises.

Great job! I'm 20 days in and maintaining at 20 lbs. Very frustrating since 3 baby bites is all I can handle at a time. How was your first month? Does it get easier?
