Weight gain

Has anyone started to gain weight back??????

I see you're almost 2 years out, have you gained any weight back? I'm a 11and a half months out and have been at goal for about 6 weeks. My biggest fear is gaining some or all the weight back on.

I'm only 6 weeks out but I've been warned that you can gain weight back. I'm afraid if that aspect. But I guess we can use our tools to take control to lose weight again.

Yes I have gained about 8 pounds but I have also had a baby but I can't seem to get any more off I got pregnant when I was 9 months out I was told I wasn't able to have children. My daughter died after 21 days and then my father a week after her and that was in April just can't get motivated!

I am so sorry for your losses Pebbles. That is a huge struggle that no one would ever want to face. I don't know where you are on your eating but have you thought about going back to basics, maybe doing liquids for a wile to get you back into the weight loss mode.
