I eat breakfast at 7am
Lunch at 12 noon
Dinner at 6pm
Im usually low on my protein amount so I drink a Premier protein shake and get a quick 30 grams protein--in the evening around 9p
My day is super busy and I'm on my feel alot...I dont really have time to snack on something...
I'm not sure if these long gaps of time..may be causing me to stall right now...
I would love some tips and advice !
