Glad you have found a surgeon who will do the sleeve but may I suggest you start the necessary changes straight away, like giving up soda, junk food, alcohol, cut back on caffeine etc, then start tracking everything you eat and drink. I use myfitnesspal which is a free app or you can use on PC too. I reduced from 1200+ calories a day down to 800 over time, and increased protein, reduced carbs and sugar...all months before the op, gives you a better chance of an easier process, still hard but doable and I have had awesome results so far, good luck.
