Restaurant Card to Print out

Hi folks, With the recent talk of restaurant cards I thought I'd recommend this site. This is a restaurant card for bariatric surgery.
You want to print it out on thick paper, take it to you doctor to sign.
Then Laminate it at Kinko's.

I've been having good luck with the restaurant card. When I walk into a restaurant I ask if I can eat off the children's menu. I explain my surgery. If they say "no" you cannot I leave. IHop is pretty good about it and they have a good senior's menu with child size portions.
I don't eat out that often since my surgery unless I have my mother with me and we go out to lunch. Otherwise I grab a small salad from a fast food restaurant and take it to go. A small side salad fills me up for hours and I've discovered Quiznos who offers tasty side salads 2/5.00. I buy one and they charge $3.00 plus tax. They have 5 delicious salads to choose from. Lorna
