I am almost one year out and wanted to share my pictures with you. I never thought than I will be able to lose weight! I am still not at goal but I will get there
I started with 264 lbs and am 154 right now - so -110lbsI think that is pretty good for a year
So here are my pictures - I don't think I have to say which ones are before and after :P
