Help.....extremely tired and jittery

I am being sleeved on Friday and I am on my 2 wk pre-op diet. I am following the diet as prescribed and even drink more than the 64 oz but now I feel weak and at times jittery. What can I do?

I was told that if I feel weak when I start that I could have tomato soup as long as it was not 3 days before the surgery. Thats just what my doctor said though, every doctor is different so you should check with them.

add some protein powder to your drinks

I got the same way. I had some regular Gatorade. yes, it has sugar, but I needed it and I did feel a lot better. Ask your doc, though.
