Default Breasts after surgery - MAINLY FOR WOMEN

This post, as stated in the title, is mainly for women. For those of you with fuller breasts, did you lose some of them after the surgery? I am large breasted and would LOVE to lose about half of what I have. They hurt the back as you know. They hinder what I can wear (button down shirts are out of the question at this point). Please tell me that they decrease with the rest of the body!

Mine are already. Since the breast are made up of mainly fat tissue they should go down.

I'm pre-surgery but I assumed that they would lose some size. I don't have large breasts now so I'm afraid to lose what little I do have. Haha. I'm already saving to have a boob job in a few years.

I have not had the sleeve yet but durning my diet so far I have lost about 19 pounds and I think it was all in my boobs. I have gone down one cup size. I use to be a 40D now I'm a 38C.... I hope I don't loose anymore. I may need a boob job later on. I don't like pancakes! LMBO if you know what I mean...

That's what I'm afraid of! I would love to lose my stomach, arms, thighs, etc. BUT since I already don't have much butt I would hate to lose my breasts, which are a 46DDD. I see on some people's pics that they still have theirs and I hope I can keep at least most of mine as well. Hopefully I don't go lower than a DD.

I was just thinking about this the other day. My dress for my daughter's wedding arrived and it is tight all over, but I am confident that i will have lost enough weight for it to fit by the - 6 weeks post-op. But I was very concerned about the breasts as the dress would not even go over them. Here's hoping that I have a breast reduction.

I had implants that was horribly botched from a mastectomy / reconstruction and I had them redone in Dec 2012 - my healing process quite frankly SUCKS so I ended up just having them totally taken out so I could heal after 6 months of being sick. I went from 38 DD to 32 A and quite honestly I look a LOT better with the smaller breasts. If I have implants again just to make them firm I will go with a B cup at the biggest. Everyone that sees m e now says how much better I look with breasts that fit my smaller body now. Don't hang onto the big breasts just cause you want big ones - go with what will look best and a size 1 on bottom with a size 12 on top didn't look good on me

yes I think I'm just jumping the gun as of right now my boobs are the smallest thing on me and it looks kinda funny but if I do lose alot of weight my smaller boobs might look perfict... Thanks for sharing that... I'm so use to being huge I can't see my self small yet.

When I lost 110 pounds in 1982 my boobs went from a 42DD to a 36B/C. I am back to the DD and will be very happy to go back to the smaller size! Not so sure my husband will be happy
