Yeah, I've read other places the 60% stat and they're absolutely right that it depends on the changes the patient makes. I find that making poor food choices and not exercising results in me maintaining my weight (a totally novel experience) and that when I return to good choices and exercise the weight drops again. And, I know that at only 5 months out I've lost 64% of my excess weight. While who knows if I'll make it to goal, I know I'm not stopping here!
