Well, I finished my 2 week high protein diet, Went to PreOp visit & I've lost 5lbs..
Not amazing, but I'll take it!
Now, 2 more days until the BIG day & I started my liquid diet this morning.. sippin' on my chicken broth as we speak!!
This has been a rough 2 weeks, I've had to be extremely strong but of course I slipped up a bit.. I'm sorry I'm not perfect.
But I know there's absolutely NO cheating today or tomorrow!!
I've just got to keep telling myself how great I'm going to look & feel & repeat to myself that food is the enemy!!
Praying my nerves also settle down =\
I'm so ready for Wednesday to come & go & get my new life started!!

Congratulations! You're almost there!
Just drink lots of liquids. If you were already on low-carb for a couple weeks, it might make the liquid diet part a bit easier. You can do it!!!

I thank y'all both for your kind words! Actually.. Surprisingly, today hasn't been that bad! I do believe that's the good lord himself helping me!! Lol
I will of course do my best to stay active on here after the surgery because I know I will need & appreciate everybody's amazing support!!
