I use myfitnesspal.com you can get the app for your phone also. I have an I phone....it's pretty user friendly. If you choose myfitnesspal.com add me as a friend i'm Bessnkerr17......Your and August sleever too....I'm scheduled 8/5/13

Same here, tho I know there are other apps, I find MFP great, good idea to start before the op, as I thought I was well informed about food values but learnt and learning still, good look and wishing for great results for you
