Way to go! Almost 90 lbs down in 5 months!! Keep up the good work. I hope I can say the same or similar when I hit 5 months.

my biggest push has been the exercise...im totally addicted now...I walk about 3 miles...40 sit ups...and weights daily. watch carb intake but dont deny urself a treat...i only drink water. u will do great! I was 347 5 months ago...unreal!

Ty nam...it's hard to post pics but yesterday I felt like I was 347 pounds again...so I needed to do this for me...it's a challenge daily as u know...but I am living again...Ty Lord and Dr Alvarez! Ur words r so kind. Hugs

Thanks for the advice. My highest weight was 365 so I know what you mean. I am almost 3 weeks out and I'm already down 23 lbs. so I'm pretty excited about that. Especially in another few days when that scale shows 2 something instead of these darn 3's!! I, too walk daily. When did you start with your push ups and weights?

In may so 3 months post op...my son would help me in the beginning with the sit ups..I cud do 10 with his help...now I do 40 every morning by myself...yes I cried when I hit the 200s...now I've just hit the 250!!! Before u know it u will be here to! Hugs to u..look forward to ur updates!
