Hello sleevers I haven't been here in a while but i wanted to share my before and after with you all. i am a bit over a year out and i never made it to onederlandbut i am still trying. My weight loss slowed or more so stopped after last December. i fluctuate a few ponds here and there some days 205 others 204 and then one day the scale said 210 again and i cried. I have got to get back on track needless to say. But i am happy with the loss so far but before I get married next year i would like to drop 40 or 50 more pounds so i am getting back on the good foot to make this happen. My sleeve is a tool that I cannot let go to waste. I hope all my sleevers are happy and blessed!

I keep telling myself I have to get out of my head.... my head says " you want a doughnut, you want a hot fudge brownie sundae, you want a burger and fries"..... my body says "go ahead, eat those things and I will make sure you are miserable for days" :-) Hang in there girl... one day at a time. We will always be addicted to food but we now have the tools to make better choices.
