Greek yogurts & mounds bar protein drink

Just FYI was wondering if anyone has tried dannon s blended Greek yogurt ( banana cream,orange cream,keylime i tried so far) the light &fit 2x protein (12pr.gr)80cal i find it to be quite a tasty treat but best thing it's got7 gr of sugar compared to 15 gr or more in others also I made a protein shake that taste like a mounds joy bar or almond joy if anyone wants the ingredient let me know an I will post it.

Please please post the shake recipe! I just started my 3 week pre-op diet and I'm miserable all the shakes that I bought. I also bought unjury unflavored powder and added it to Dannon light & fit (5g protein and only 2g of sugars) but I can still taste the awful powder! During this pre-op stage, i have to have 3 protein drinks/day plus a regular meal. I'm already dying for 5:30 to roll around so that I can have my dinner. I know things will get better as each day goes by. I just need ideas on how to drink this protein stuff. ugh!

I've tried the dannon light and fit greek style yogurt too after reading the nutrition of pretty much every yogurt in the store. I did add some extra splenda to it to cover the tanginess from the greek style. I've heard about carb control yogurt, but I've never seen it in the store.

Dannons yogurt has Greek lights but these are the blends variety they have less sugars , the protein drink I make is using unjury chocolate or body fortress powder I would use what ever chcolate u have I have also used vanilla , I freeze my almond milk in ice cube trays, this makes it thicker shake and more creamy, ok
1. Scoop protein powder
2. 6-7 frozen cubes of almond milk
3. 1/2 bottle of sobe coconut water
4. Sugar free chocolate syrup one squirt
5. Splash of sugar free vanilla coffee creamer ( optional)
Put all this in blender and blend until thick an creamy

I'm still at the pill crushing stage so I put the crushed pills in the Dannon Greek yogert with cinnamon.

I love the 2x protein vanilla flavor. I've never been a greek yogurt fan, so the fact that I said "yum" outloud speaks volumes lol

The Greek dannon light blends they are new they have the word BLENDS I ave only had the 3 banana cream, orange cream, key lime cream they are fairly new 7 gr of sugar. Most have 15 or more gr of sugar with 12 gr of protein , but love these blends Greek yogurts
