Chicken soup protein powder - the one I tried was beyond hideous. Best for me was unflavoured protein that I could add to skim milk based drinks that I flavoured myself. Easiest way for me to go.
Highest weight ever - 108kgs, Surgery weight -101kgs, Goal weight - 65kgs
