Way to go!!!! You look great!!! As far as asking if your feelings will ever change?? I was a year out in April and down 140 lbs... I am STILL in disbelief when I look at pictures now versus then... It's very surreal because I cannot ever remember a time when I looked the way I do now. I have no time in my life where I can compare so I feel as if my life is just now starting.... I was always happy...and confident... even at 332 lbs but I am soooooooo much more happier and confident now.... I feel at "peace" with everything in my life and it's an amazing feeling!!! I went shopping this past weekend and was buying size medium and large.... I couldn't believe it!!! Before I was between a size 26/28... What a difference a year makes!!!!
Congratulations to you!!!!! Embrace the new "YOU" and rock that sleeve!!!!!

Tina, it's like losing a toxic friend. You know they are not good for you, but you still miss their companionship.
Being heavy is something we have learned to accept and deal with.
You need to give yourself the same chance to adjust to your new size...and enjoy the trip along the way!!!
