Default Running in compression garments? Anyone anyone?

The running bug has bitten and I'm loving the return of more rapid weight loss. However, NOT loving the red blistered skin that is rubbing on my stomach's saggy skin. Friction and rising temps have me in pain. Anyone have some suggestions? I was thinking of buying Spanx to run in but unsure if that would be comfortable. I run between 3.5 and 4 miles a day (5 days a week). Hoping to add to this as I have clearance from doctor to start training for a half marathon.

Try under armor compression shorts. I wear them under my shorts when running. You can get them at Dicks... Good luck! Keep up the good work!

Compression garments were the only way I could exercise in the beginning. I still feel like I am hulahooping in my skin at times when I dont wear them, but they help A LOT and it takes the pressure off your back where the skin pulls down as you run I would for sure buy one if I were you. I use them all the time to hold my skin in place and they have helped the skin shrink back as well so I recommend them when ever you are dressed kind of like a different form of underwear lol. Congrats on the success

I wear Under Armour compression gear all the way. You can also get a stick of "glide" to put on the "hot" spots that rub to help with friction. I run 3-4 days a week 6miles at a time. I have run 1/2 marathons and fulls in the past. I know your pain!. Lol. It's funny... but NOT! good luck.
