9 months since surgery and lost 102 pounds!

It's been 9 months since my surgery and I have lost over 100 pounds. I didn't think I would come this far so soon. I still have 50 more pounds to go to my goal weight and hoping to do it by my 1 year anniversary in August. This has been the absolute best decision ever. I feel and look amazing. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I have so much more engery and just feel healthier overall! So there is really hope at the end of all of this, so don't ever give up!

Wow congrats!! It does feel wonderful to feel happy and beautiful and confident. I'm just so so so happy that I can go to an amusement park and get on rides with my children. Before my surgery I was too big to fit. The small things in life I can appreciate and enjoy now. I'm 3 yrs post op and I wish I had my surgery sooner. Life gets better and better everyday for me and I'm sure the same is happening for u

Wow - you do look amazing! Thanks for posting the before and after pictures. I am hoping for a similair result. I need to lose over 100 from where I am now. At this point, I would be happy with any large number. Keep up the good work and for reminding me that exercise plays a part in this.

WOW! Congratulations! You really are such an inspiration. I'm 5 days post-op and my goal is 100 lbs in a year. What advice could you give me (and everybody else!)? You look so beautiful and you should be so proud. What did you do by way of diet directly post-op and then long term? PLEASE share your methods! I can only pray that my journey will be as successful as yours.
