one month post op

today i hit my one month mark, i feel better and have lost 23pounds this month.

Here are some pics from the last month, i am critical of them but ill post anyway. I cant see where i lost weight in the last 15 days.

So how has your insulin and diabetes situation been?
I notice the pump, not sure if we spoke about it on any other thread with you yet, sorry if it was discussed already.

they are better now that i am working out and moving more.

WOW after only 1 month! I know everyone looses weight but it is usually quite a while before that first person say "have you lost weight?" you know then that it is really dropping!

That's just because most of the people you see see you regularly and don't notice until they have to.

As for where in the last fifteen days, boy I see it, look at the sides of the shirt by the abdomen, it's loose and in the middle you could see it resting against the body. And then look at your butt, there's definitely more sag in those shorts. Of course we are always our own worst critic.

while i hit the inevitable stall, It is very frustrating. I have also introduced vegetables and fruit, which might be causing the stall. I have also had that time of the month, so i am guessing that has caused some of the weight fluxuations.

I'm there too, I'm actually up 1.1 pounds And I'm traveling this weekend so I'm sure that won't help.
