Today is my one month (day 28) apt. I hope my doctor clears me to eat regular foods expect the bad foods. For the last 2 weeks I have been eating soft foods which mainly consisted of either hm chicken salad and ritz cracker, hm and sb apple sauce, protein shakes, popsicles, and of course water. I'm also excited since I grt to show them that I have lost 40lbs during this time. I now see the difference since my 2x and 3x shirts and pants don't fit, but I still am wearing 18 and 20 size pants? I still got a long ways to go and I know I gotta be patient its only been a month.
